Dan's OTION Paddle Masterclass

How to get the most from your new paddles. A 2-hour masterclass with the swim coach who created the unique technique-focused swim paddle. We will cover all these important aspects and teach you to wear them comfortably and integrate them into your training, including: Soft hand entry, Early Catch (minimal wrist pivot), Long Exit, Adapting your HandShape on the recovery, allowing the paddle to shape your hand shape, how the paddle will ‘punish’ you when you get it wrong and how to get it right!

Please bring your Otion Tech paddles, or you can purchase them along with the workshop, and we can bring them. Your fins, if you have any, would also be useful.
